About everything.It's apparently overlooked by the good partisans on this board that a memo (a summary) of the legal basis claimed for killing Americans without constitutional Due Process via drone targeting, which is a Dubya administration concept carried over by the Obama administration.

Well I have a problem with all of this killing in foreign lands with no declaration of war. I say if the USA wants to kill foreign enemies then they have to officially declare war. We do way too many seat-of-the-pants military operations.
If there are real enemies out there, get congress to declare war, win decisively, and get out.
