Oh, please! "Universal health care" is a general concept while "Obamacare" is an [alleged] particular attempt to implement the concept. The actuality of the Obamacare scheme legislates 2,700+ pages worth of changes, some of which have nothing to do with the universality of insurance coverage and which, in the aggregate, fail to accomplish universality. So you can't legitimately argue that, if you favor universal coverage, then you must also support this particular scheme.
C'mon, this isn't rocket science.
