I believe it's ok for a city official to have the right under  our beloved Constitution. to tell a company they are not welcome and block them from building. Because they are discriminating against a segment of their Community and the community doesn't want that kind of religious discrimination. Kentay

STFU with your propaganda.  You have no clue what is written in the Constitution, why it is in the Constitution or what I it means.  Your stance on the issue bears this out.  Here is what the man said.  Your job is to show where he is discriminating:

[/size]That is not discrimination.  It is only discrimination if he acts on it.  According to that what group is he discriminating against?  Gays work for that company.  Gays are served there.  So it isn't them.  Is it divorced people?  People who live together out of wed lock?  People who have kids out of wedlock?
