Ya, I've heard talking head cons whine about how this was supposedly unconstitutional.  Same guys who claim that stuff that isn't specifically named in the Constitution has no Constitutional protection.

So what if it is? Free speech never was a corporate operation entitlement program. That's a huge non sequitur on your part.

Clara, could you post the exact quote from Cathy and explain exactly what group he is allegedly discriminating against.  Then could you post all of the discrimination lawsuits that have been filed against the company?
