Ya, I've heard talking head cons whine about how this was supposedly unconstitutional. Same guys who claim that stuff that isn't specifically named in the Constitution has no Constitutional protection.

So what if it is? Free speech never was a corporate operation entitlement program. That's a huge non sequitur on your part.
What do you mean, "So what if it is"? The owner of the company has First Amendment rights. The government cannot deny the company operating permits because elected politicians disapprove of his political opinions.
