The Watergate burglary was just the tip of the iceberg, but weren't those guns given to Mexico under the Bush Administration?

The operation during the Bush adm resulted in arrests. The weapons had RFID chips so they could be monitored electronically. Nobody died as a result. The Bush adm ended the operation. Obama started a different operation that did not track the guns. These were the guns used by criminals to kill people.
