Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens, who was on the losing side of the Citizens decision, said recently that he expects the court has already had second thoughts about parts of its ruling that opened the floodgates to corporate spending in political campaigns.

This bit of nonsense indicates the usefulness of your post.  SCOTUS made its satisfaction with Citizens United quite manifest in the Montana case, did it not?  They have no intention of eviscerating our beloved First Amendment.

WBC, In our beloved Constitution I am having a problem, what does the word bear constitute in your opinion? does it mean I can have any weapon that I can carry, what are the limits in your opinion if any ?

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Republican Campaign Mantra:
We turned over a real mess to President Obama, he hasn't cleaned it up fast enough, so give us another chance to  create a depression.
