Kentay, what exactly is your problem with the issue in the OP?  I have known the kentay Internet character long to know that when you start the personal comments or the christian diversions you don't understand what you posted.

A reminder for kentay:
I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.
