And we knew as soon as he was confirmed, John Roberts was an activist judge despite protestations to the contrary. He's now a liberal activist judge. Y'all got what you guys thought was a good idea for 8 years and his appointments. XD
He held that the mandate cannot be justified under either the commerce clause or the necessary and proper clause.
...but it remains constitutional. Go figure, huh.
