Because, as we've all agreed at this point, the only jobs affected by what scant bills on that list actually talk about jobs are specialist jobs in only one industry. It doesn't address the national unemployment situation and thus is just a drop in a very large bucket.
Who agreed to that? I told you that you did not read all the bills.
