I read the arguments in favor of passing those bills. The arguments fail. Now I suppose you're going to tell me that the person who wrote the arguments on that link didn't know what he was talking about.  In that case, you're more likely to be correct.

There you have it folks.  This is how Clara remains blissfully ignorant so she can live in a world where she creates the facts.
