I'm not a leftie but a lib-leaning independent, and I can say that there's a problem with this line alone:

Quote
The baseline each year will be based on a insurance companies regional bids with the government choosing the second lowest bid as the baseline.

Second lowest? EACH year? O_O Too volatile.

Sound like a good plan?

Not only no, but HELL no.

Fair enough. I will also put you in the no column for obamacare.   But why is it too volatile?  Too much individual choice?
The annual basis is what's too volatile, silly. As usual, you miss the point with your pie-in-sky fantasies.

PS.  Could you post the plan YOU support?  Or has TPM not given you one yet?

PPS.  YOU are a leftie.

You have served up another legitimate reason for me to call you a liar.  Consider it done.

No I haven't.  You support obamacare with health exchanges yet you reject Medicare with the same **** thing.  Smells like agenda to me.  Lol!
A reminder for kentay:
I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.
