Wow...that statement clearly shows you have no understanding of history. There's no evidence of such an exodus. The Dixiecrats were a separate political party that broke away from the democratic party. They came and went in 1948, after which they all returned to the democratic party.
Apparently you believe that Roosevelt, Truman and Kennedy were  elected when the "Democrat Party was run by the Dixiecrats"
