Now there is no way to rekindle the economy unless the wealthy is taxed. Bush tax cuts should have been the first thing Obama got rid off and for that I fault him.

Even Obama admitted that the millionaires tax won't help the economy or the debt.  And they are no longer theBush Tax rates.  They belong to Obama.  With democrat super majorities he signed the extension in 2010.
