This is basically what the GOP  Religious Right will tell you gives them our rights.

Genesis 1:26  And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

I know at least four major religions that have the same words in their holy book, so there has to be something more that gives us our rights and that is our beloved Constitution that spells out a Government for and by the people. Those other country do not have the same rights as we do even though their holy books express the same words, so to be our rights come from Government establish by our beloved Constitution, I don't think God chooses winners and loser man does that with his God given free will he can choose right wrong or evil, it's your choice. kentay .
