Yes, the big issue is trust.  I don't trust either Republicans or Democrats to reform anything, but Fund made exactly that point when he stated that Secretaries of States are usually appointed campaign fundraisers for whichever party wins the top office and that's gotta stop.

Unless and until it does, we can't trust anybody.
