Kentay, if racism is such a big problem in the USA please explain how in 2008 the voters chose a black rookie senator over a white veteran senator with a distinguished military record.

In kentay's world republicans would have voted for Barack if he appeared white, keeping in mind he is half Caucasian.  In kentay world all of Obama's left wing policies would have been wildly embraced by the right if only Obama were white.  It is not relevant that similiar policies of Kerry and gore, Pelosi and Reid, we're rejected.  And they are white.  Nope,
