The Eastern Taliban gets away with murder where the Western Taliban still doesn't but that is a minor difference.
For me this patently absurd sentence ends any serious discussion before it gets started. The idea that there is only a "minor" difference between the Taliban which uses terror and murder to move their agenda and the Tea Party which uses lawful means to promote its agenda is profoundly stupid. I'd be completely embarrassed to make such a obviously moronic claim.
Not so fast. The only difference between this country being run by the Christian Taliban and the way certain Islamic states were being run by the Al Qaida Taliban has to do with the secular laws we have in place here, and which will be the first to hit the dustbin should the Christian Taliban ever take power here.
Something no American should permit to happen.
