  They are doing it now in non Union business where workers don't have a lot of education and or job skills. I did several video tapes on good and not so good jobs for my classroom. The one that really stuck out for me was on the furniture business. I was shocked at what they already get away with because they are non Union and afraid of losing their jobs.  The office/supervisors send the message to them if you don't like it there are hundreds waiting to take your place as you walk out  the door. If anyone has any doubts what business will do when there are no Unions just Google business in the 1920's and 30's before FDR changed all of that bondage and set our workers free. kentay
