2. You forget that the dems were in control of the legislature and this is a bipartisan problem.  Regular people don't give a flyin **** thru a donut hole.  They care about what has happened lately.

I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.
