i hear the rich are moving away from the pacific coast because they heard fukishiama is affecting the ocean and 100 miles inland. cancer rates predicted to skyrocket. running out of qualified nuke workers. it's still just pouring into the ocean. then there's all those wells the government allowed industry to sink in order to pour their toxins into-only 23 inspectors for over a thousand wells. they crack and they leak. the rich retreat to their sanctuaries and we r left to deal with the mess. funny thing tho-their sanctuaries aren't that safe either. the proverbial spite your face by cutting of your nose. the rich can run but they can't hide forever.

People were leaving California long before Fukishima.  The 2010 census marked the first time since statehood that California failed to gain representation in Congress.
