if the rich are leaving-where are they going? it's bad almost everywhere-one way or another. the rich have done a good job at getting everyone to **** where they live-it's coming back to bite us all. good job-real 'smart' thinkin' there.

Many go to Nevada or Texas.  Both gained seats in the next Congress, and neither has a state income tax.
