Isn't  Al-Qaeda nothing more than right wing conservative bunch of religious people, who loves war? They use the threat of religion to put women and men into their place and anyone that doesn't conform is immediately designated a threat. That reminds me of today's Republican Party and how they treat women and love war and treat others that disagree, and then you become a threat to them.  Can anyone post any facts that say they are not alike in many of the same ways?

They're exactly alike except for the denomination of the religion.  We The People of Earth should put all of 'em on a deserted isle somewheres and let 'em duke it out amongst themselves so that the rest of us won't be bothered by 'em.  They can kill each other off, for my money.

When American right wing religious people start beheading apostates, killing people who insult their beliefs, and invade and blow up embassies because of a video then I will agree with your comparison.

Here you go Woody now we  will see if your words mean anything, this is just a few of the terror that going on in our country by so called religious people.. Kentay

Faith alone, when divorced from spirit and community, invites not just hatred but lone violence, inevitably with guns.

Why do you hate Christians?

You are comparing the acts of single individuals, and applying them to a group.  That would be like me saying since kentay is a democrat all democrats are feeble old men not in control of their mental faculties.

A reminder for kentay:
I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.
