I haven't looked at the return but I know from personal experience that, if his charitable donations were in the form of appreciated securities [and they should have been] then there is a deductibility limit of 30% of income.  The excess can be carried forward into future years.


I don't know about that stuff.  But I do know these libs whined about taxes for weeks on end.  And what do we get today?  Threads about his ran, something about the military and hanging chairs.

I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.
