No, this is not religious intolerance.  This is what you call the beloved constitution at work.  Allowing people to choose.

You're force your religious intolerance on people like me who do not believe the same as you do. This is more like the Muslims religion you are against why are you so intolerant of others when you are taking your hand out from Government and trying to hide it, because you're a master Hypocrite. kentay   


No, it is not forcing religious beliefs on you.  You either support choice or you don't.  This is about conscientious objections on religious grounds.  Something the beloved constitution allows.  And it is what separates us from the Islamic, or sharia law, you keep bellowing about.
