i'm reading global outlaws by carolyn nordstrom and so far i've learned that the legal, quasi legal, and illegal all rely on tobacco. children selling them to survive in war zones-on up. the author claims as much as 50% of all cigarettes produced are headed straight for the black market-and the cig companies are in on it.
