Looks like the alleged shooter is going to be going for the insanity defense. Personally, I don't see how that could possibly be successful unless the jury was filled complete dopes.
There is clearly something wrong with this guy's head but by what I have been reading, he was keenly aware that what he planned to do, and what he in fact did, was gravely wrong.
I bet he gets the death penalty.
If this isn't death penalty I can't imagine what is.
