Nice try at a premise, but that premise violates the domestic tranquility sections of the rest of the Constitution.

I'm guessing that the teachers trapped in the classrooms at Sandy Hook would have preferred to see the shooter taken down in a vicious and violent manner rather than having no options other than to cower in the corner waiting for their number to come up.
