hypercrites

She thinks that Obama holds the books somehow.  She hasn't realize that the books stay and have stayed with Congress.  Obama can not write a check with out Congress Approval and that is in the US Constitution.  Hell even he knows that.  This is why he is always trying to find ways around Congress, but that pesky document won't allow him to do it
