And Pelosi/Reid did what exactly to correct this track record after 4 years of complete legislative control to include two years of executive branch control?

Pelosi in particular took all that off the table, so she must be a hero to Republicans. She isn't to sane Democrats. IMHO, both parties suck bilgewater.
