In all honestly, it's hard for me to understand how the Second Amendment protects amassing an arsenal like this one.

So how much of an arsenal should a person be able to amass?  Is there going to be a one-size-fits-all law that says that nobody can have more than X number of bullets?  What about gun ranges?  How many bullets do they get allotted?
