Ted,
I thought about this a lot last night, and I want to change my original thought. The school should have protected the students and not the faculty. I agree with your decision and the decision of the NCAA. They should have protected those students and as harsh as it may be, the penalty does match the crime.
Maybe schools should take a warning on this and realize that they are there to protect the students at ALL costs
