if you look at the documentation and publications of the day you will find a number of american industrialists and covertly, some in our gov't, supporting european fascists. much the same way as our corporations and gov't support the fascist regimes of saudia arabia today by arming them to the teeth against their own people. u.s. supported hitler and the nazi's efforts to kill their own german jews and other minorities all the way up till about 1941, when our justice dept. finally decided to call 'em on it. u.s. and germany used the jews like u.s. and saudia arabia uses its dissidents called al quieda. seems u only read what agrees with the ideology that u.s. **** smells good. that's no way to get a healthy perspective, u know.

When you compare absolutely innocent European Jews to Al Qaeda terrorists, (who would cut the heads off of you and everyone you love), you've lost credibility. "Dissidents"? That's a weak position to argue from.

yes-they are dissidents-they hate the snuggly relationship our gov't has with their heads of state. they want our bases out of their countries. they are willing to fight and die for that. the fact that they tend to be religious zealots and those feeling the need to avenge their dead and degraded brethren should not be held against them. if our gov't started letting china put bases in our country and degrade our citizens you'd be cutting off some heads too... no doubt- somebody would! the german jews were scapegoated for all germany's problems and the dissidents in the m.e. are also being demonized for their religious beliefs and political stances. and btw-they only want to cut your head off if ur in their country without welcome doing things they disagree with completely. they don't want a mcdonald's on every corner and they want to share equally in their countries resources. they want fair market value for their resources and they want to trade with whom they want-not be forced to accept low prices by western greedy capitalists and their own corrupt leaders who sell them for a buck!
