Even if those petroleum bills got through, the unemployment rate would still be 8.3%.  How 'bout try again.

Huh?  How do you know what it would or wouldn't do to the unemployment rate?
[/quote
Because, as we've all agreed at this point, the only jobs affected by what scant bills on that list actually talk about jobs are specialist jobs in only one industry. It doesn't address the national unemployment situation and thus is just a drop in a very large bucket.

Who agreed to that?  I told you that you did not read all the bills.

I read the arguments in favor of passing those bills. The arguments fail. Now I suppose you're going to tell me that the person who wrote the arguments on that link didn't know what he was talking about.  In that case, you're more likely to be correct. ;)

There you have it folks.  This is how Clara remains blissfully ignorant so she can live in a world where she creates the facts.

And no, I am not being humorous.

And you're hilarious. I addressed every single bill listed on that page AND the arguments on that page. I didn't to any more cherry picking than the author of that page did.

I ignore duplicate threads, hon. You know anybody else in charge of a board would have deleted the duplicate a long time ago.

I'll give you that.  There are two different threads with the same title.  Actually three.  Technical difficulties the night I posted them.  I was wrong.

This one is designed to allow small business acess to lines of credit that have become difficult to obtain thru regulation.  You can figure out why that is important.

Those are all about jobs.  Not big government spending but government getting out of the way.  All those bills are designed for that.  Using your standards we all would have to be green energy employees and road/bridge workers.

At this link that you refuse to read there are numerous bills, 32, that are stuck in the senate.  There are also a few bills that Obama signed.

So your continued comments about jobs bills is either because you are misinformed or you are lying.

H.R. 2587 would prohibit the National Labor Relations Board (NRLB) from ordering any employer to close, relocate, or transfer employment under any circumstance.  The bill would amend the National Labor Relations Act to prohibit the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), in future and pending cases, from ordering any employer to close, relocate, or transfer employment under any circumstances.  The legislation would effectively prevent the NLRB from restricting where an employer can create jobs in the United States. The bill would eliminate an extreme enforcement remedy available to the board; more than a dozen alternative remedies remain available to hold employers accountable for unlawful labor practices and make employees whole.  The bill would apply to any complaint for which a final adjudication by the NRLB has not been made by the date of enactment.
