Kentay, effective tax rates on everyone have fallen because household income is down across the board.  Duh.

I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.

Isn't it amazing that WBC, RWE and Woody have no commits about true real facts. They would rather depend on some right-wing opinions post  because real facts exposes the lies and bias, just like light destroys a vampire.  :danger:  kentay
