I am and I'm not, depending on what plank of Ron Paul's position we're talking about.
The wars in Afghanistan and Iraq were marginally constitutional, as the former was conducted with the required approval of Congress while the latter was covered by the Constitution's treaty clause (NATO) with a lame attempt at U.N. approval (yes, the same party who claims the U.N. is useless actually sought its approval for something).
I'm convinced that the Fed needs to both be audited and be held accountable but I don't believe in abolishing it or going back to the infernal gold standard. Some talking head on CSPAN pointed out that even Reagan considered going back to the gold standard and discovered that the value of our currency would be held at the mercy of the international gold market, which IMHO is definitely not the way to go. We got to be a rich nation by creating our own wealth by industry (making stuff) and it's perfectly fine for us to make our own wealth since what we have done was held in high value.
I agree that the War Powers Act is unconstitutional--it's a case of Congress abdicating a responsibility that the Constitution assigned to it without bothering to properly amend the Constitution as prescribed by it. The Pentagon DEFINITELY needs to be audited and often! Etc.
