If I was Obama I would be concerned about that poll.  It over sampled dems by 10%,  33% to 23%.  It also only sampled 37% independent voters, arguably the key demographic this election.  With a ten percent over sample of dems he can only get a 1% edge?

That ain't good.

Got to the last question of the actual poll that is linked in Coleman's article:

A reminder for kentay:
I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.

O should be trailing Romney by fifteen points.  Why isn't he?

Well, I dunno.  But the news keeps reminding us how far carter was ahead up to ten days before the election.

I understand and I remain optimistic.  Nonetheless, he should be behind by fifteen points.  The DNC was a pathetic circus.  But a really large segment of the population doesn't see it that way.

This is why Murdoch talks about the GOP right wing as if it were a fringe. Compared to the general population of America, it is...and a shrinking fringe at that.

Ah, the optimism of an Obamabot.

I wasn't referring to the GOP base.  I was referring to non-ideological swing voters and I wasn't thinking about O's policies or positions, I was thinking about his heartbreaking incompetence, the fact that we've never before had a President so far in over his head.

You did not change the meaning of your post.  Simply added a link.

When are you gonna learn I don't give a **** what others say?  Also, when did newsmax become a credible source?  I don't think it is.  Up there with kentay's bullshit sources.

If you didn't give a **** what others say, you're here because you give a **** that others buy what you say, huh. Yah, that goes over like a lead balloon.  Some of us political animals care how other people vote, therefore care what other people think.

Baby, don't take my comment and apply it to other discussions and create a strawman.  No comment on your fiction.

Clara, I don't mind honest debate that is contentious when it is based on what others post.  Never had.  I have problems with disingenous jerks like kentay, and what you are becoming, who take comments, parse them, and then apply them to other topics.  That is probably why mike left.  I won't.  And I won't get in a clusterf?ck with you about it.  I will stick to the facts and make you like an ass.  Like on the Cairo thread.

So please, continue.

I return to my comment.  You are an optimistic Obamabot regardless of what Murdoch and newsmax say about the right wing.

Please, keep thinking that.  You and Obama both.

It's off topic, not to mention dead wrong. People support Obama because of good reasons for it. Romney gave us a good reason to support him --Paul Ryan--and then took everything he's ever done off the table because of the details.  I never thought I'd agree with Murdoch, but this is one occasion where I do.  Romney has turned the detailed Paul Ryan into a Romneybot and even cons know it.

Good luck with that.   Really.  After the latest poll from the post Obama should be really worried.
