Not gonna happen. I am not going to rewrite history to appease you. Obama convinced His democratically controlled congress, with the help of fiscal democrats, to extend the tax rates. He owns those tax rates.
So are we going to allow the Obama tax rates to expire?

Hey, Dubya is long gone. These rates have been in effect through the O Administration, inasmuch as he reenacted them in 2010.
Not to be overlooked is that the Dems, while condemning the (then) Bush tax cuts, were in complete control during 2009 and 2010 and could have ended the (now) Obama tax cuts immediately after Obama's inauguration.

A de facto super majority. 58 dems, 1 indie who caucused with them, and a socialist democrat. They floated between 59 and 60.

Yup. They twisted the rules to to use it to pass the ACA, I am sure they could have legitimately used it for the budget and taxes.
