I don't care how Ohio does it but as it stands now there is no uniform state wide regulations on this.  Don't you agree?

No I don't agree. Your party wants to restrict citizen from voting and that is not the American way at least that what we tell other newly Democratic countries. Has your parties hypocrites taken over your party? kentay

Actually, no, the independents are not trying to restrict anyone.  But what is happening in Ohio was that the leadership was trying to allow in person early voting thru the Friday before the election EXCEPT for military personnel.  They could vote on that weekend.  This would allow the precincts to compare their voter rolls for those who voted to those who didn't.  Additionally there was no statewide uniform rule.  Some precincts were open, some weren't.  There were different times, etc.

Additionally, Ohioans had a few weeks to do this.  Not sure how that suppresses the vote.  Can you explain that?

PS.  Before asking for a link you should supply one first.
Ken, that blather about how republicans want to restrict voting rights is nonsense, and you know it.  You and I both need picture ID in MANY situations that are far less important than voting.  Asking for voter ID is nothing more nor less than an effort to clean-up our fraud-laden voting in this nation.

You DO want honest elections, don't you?  Well, don't you?
