i don't believe in the bible as god's word, but i believe it's a bunch of would-be kings words-kings attempting to control the masses, and a bit of a history of sorts-albeit one with a particular premise-humans own the world and agenda-control by certain elite humans for the glorification of those truly made in god's image -them.

this psalm is about the only thing in it that makes any real sense to me-even the king needs Love.

i liken a person like ray and rowdy to the poor resounding gong or the clanging cymbal-they give everyone and themselves headache. hate consumes all-Love gives all.
