This is such a lame argument the left puts up. Its like saying that speech using a microphone or radio and tv is not protected under the 1st. High capacity speech reaching millions could be outlawed by our rulers. Or only newspapers printed with 18th century equipment and delivered by horse drawn wagons is what the founders envisioned under a free press.
Another argument the left brings up is that of a "well regulated militia" only refers to the National Guard. Do they think the National Guard should only use flintlock muzzle loaders?
The Founding Fathers established the first Dept. of Homeland Security. They called it "a Well Regulated Militia."
