I have a bass clef on my left arm.

Hi Majesty!  Long time no see.  Welcome.  The bass clef makes perfect sense given your occupation.
Hey there Ted. It's been a while. I'm not sure the reason for the increase with tats these days, but I love it.

Well, speaking for the State of Oklahoma, tats just got to be legal just last year and everybody's goin' nutz over 'em.

DAMN it's good to see ya!

I'm old enough to have lived through a period where nobody had tattoos except sailors.  I fact not only were there no tattoos, nobody my age wanted to display anything, especially a brand name.  The idea of wearing a shirt that had its brand showing in a prominent spot was unheard of.  That mindset pretty much stayed with me because I have very few articles of clothing that say anything at all and I have no tattoos nor do I want one.  If I did get a tattoo it would be small and easy to hide.

But to each his own.  Just because I don't have much use for tattoos doesn't mean everybody should be like me.

I have no Tattoos, I almost got one when I was a very, very young man both in age and thinking, in Hawaii, Several of us had went to town and had a few drinks and someone said let's get a Tattoos so by group think we all agreed and set out for the Tattoo parlor. Thank God it was closed and after that I never again wanted one. I also learned  a great lesson to never again get caught up in group thinking again.  I don't need any Tattoo to express my inner self as I try to do it daily by trying to lead a good life. kentay
