2000s Were 'Lost Decade' for Middle Class
« on: August 23, 2012, 11:41:42 am »
Thanks to Bush and their total control of all the levers of power. From 2001 until Jan of 2007 they had the Presidency, the Congress and the Supreme  Court. They tried their trickle down with tax cuts to the wealthy and now in less than 4 years and the most horrendous handoff since Hoover to FDR.  President Obama Administration has created more jobs than Bush did in 8 years even though the so called job creators got large tax cuts, and the middle class became poorer and many dropped out of the Middle Class into the poorer class. If the people of the US don't see that today's Republican Party is only for the wealthy, then I feel sorry for them and I am sure the Republicans if given another chance, will take this country down. Because if anyone looks back at history of all the great countries that have fallen into the dustbin of history, was mostly  because of inequality between classes and the people got fed up. The problem is it could turn into a bloody civil war and a lot of our country people could die because of the greed and selfishness of man. kentay

Republican Campaign Mantra:
We turned over a real mess to President Obama, he hasn't cleaned it up fast enough, so give us another chance to  create a depression.
