1.  Return to the proper forum of government as outlined in the Constitution.  Sign an executive order ending all existing executive orders and send them to the legislative branch for proper debate and process.

2.  Allow line item veto power for the President.

3.  Remove all taxing or fee power from agencies like the EPA and send it to the house where it should start.

4.  After 10 minutes of that abdicate the throne and return to a constitutional government.

For donni, our resident peace, love and communal hippie.

A reminder for kentay:
I fully support going back to ALL, that says ALL THE CLINTON TAX and spend policies that led to the economic boom in the second half of the 90's.

I meant them as a compliment.  And you have never made sense too many of us.

I want government that adheres to the US constitution.  Your state is where you elect the government you want.

Now, I urged you to read my first post to the thread.  Have you done that yet?

The why did you use my other comment?  Sorry, I don't believe you.  Want to start over?

Umm, no babe, it had nothing to do with your post specificially.  My first post covered everything you bitched about.

As far as circlekerks, no babe, I don't get pulled into donni f?cks, kentayfucks, or any other type of diversion.

I complimented you, and was going to post I have respect for you because althought I disagree with your ideology it does not change because of who is in power.

Now, return to the rabbit hole Alice.  It it is tea time.  I don't have time for your lower case break with reality.

oops! :-[  i think we r having some miscommunications-sorry.

but- ur first post may have covered everything i bitched about- in as much as it called for a return to an adherence of our constitution, and yes- much of what i **** about could be remedied with the correct application of our constitution - but your second post belied that as your belief-it was ur opinion, apparently, that what i want is unconstitutional. i don't see how i could view your second comment in any way other than that-hence my next argument that is IS constitutional.

end corporate personhood

hold new elections

end all war, including the so called drug war-effective immediately

dissolve the cia and the pentagon

drop all oil subsidies and invest in truly green energy pronto!

close down all silly plastic gadget, and weapons of mass destruction making facilities.

universal health coverage-effective immediately.

invest in infrastructure-put people to work that can.

tax heavy polluters to the point they can't be in biz anymore.

place a cap on capitalism-say- you can't keep more than 1 million, annually, personally.

ownership of land will be only for if you are actively using it-if not used for one year-back on the market.

man i could write a book here, i guess. this is the short list. the why's i think are obvious.

The difference between this and MY FIRST POST is that none of what you want to do by decree or fiat is constitutional.   So no, you have not offered constitutional solutions.
