Why does the Attorney General insist on hiding documents regarding fast and Furious? The Administration insists they are not responsible for F&F.

The documents Holder is hiding should provide accountability and "information for citizens about what their Government is doing." Isn't that what liberals want?

----My Administration will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to disclose information rapidly in forms that the public can readily find and use.----
Congressional subpoenas are consistent with the law. Why does Holder refuse to obey the law and hide these documents from the public? Why doesn't Obama insist that Holder follow his directive? The only reason I can think of is: Obama and Holder are both involved with F&F and are responsible for the Mexican drug cartels murdering hundreds of people including American law enforcement agents.

I watched Rachel Maddow tonight attributing the whole thing to a gun-nut blogger.

I saw a small portion of the Maddow show last night too.  Not that particular segment but one in which she interviewed author Christopher Hayes who was plugging his new book.  And yes, it's the same Chris Hayes that subbed for her when she was gone and now has his own show on MSNBC.

According to Hayes, America's many problems can be linked to the fact that there is great wealth disparity.  Exactly how Citizen A having more than Citizen B causes great harm wasn't explained by Mr. Hayes, I guess we were just supposed to take his word for it.

It was interesting to hear Maddow and Hayes talk about how we need a better class of "elites" in this country.  Plainly, the current system where people earn this "elite" status by providing others with goods and services that they actually want isn't sufficient for Maddow and Hayes.  Me thinks they would be more comfortable with a system wherein the enlightened masses elect a select few to control the economy -- and everything else.

See, clara, you assume these problems were the result of Republican policies.  WRONG!  We are watching failure in action RIGHT NOW.

u assume it is only the democrats who make/made failed policy. they all had a hand in it and the people let 'em for a myriad of reasons not necessarily their faults in all instances. hard to pay attention when u can barely make the bills, or on the flip side- u got so much, ur too busy spending to pay attention either-either way-the future loses. and the greedy win today-what's new?

I do not.  I agree that there's plenty of blame to pass around, but I sure know whom I don't want in charge now!
