Gay "Outrage": Hypocrites Don't Deserve Privacy
A new documentary makes the argument that when they take positions harmful to millions of gay people, it's unacceptable to let them stay in the closet."Traitors to their people" is how one person in "Outrage" describes politicians who live gay lives in secret while campaigning and voting against gay rights in public. "There is a right to privacy but not a right to hypocrisy," openly gay Rep. Barney Frank ( D-Mass.) says in the film.
For instance, discussing Florida Gov. Charlie Crist, the film notes a long-ago six-month marriage to a woman now living with a female partner; two sources who separately told a reporter about two different men who claimed relationships with Crist.
Crist supports Florida's ban on gay adoption and last year backed an amendment to the state constitution to ban gay marriage.


A closeted gay hypocrite Republican turncoat. Hmmm...I'm not really seeing this as helpful for the Dems.

The Daily Mail is a conservative British daily and when I went to mailonline.com  it looks like one of those grocery story scandal news papers you pick up when checking out, that most if not all the story are ether lies or heavenly embellished to say the least. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ushome/index.html

Mr Greer's attorney, Damon Chase, said at the time that Mr Crist signed off on the secret plan but the ex-governor denied having any knowledge of it.

This is a review of a documentary film that supports gay activism and denounces politicians who they deem to be hypocrites by themselves being gay. It was not produced by conservatives. Like Mr. Coleman, I don't care if Crist is a fudge-packer-hypocrite. My point was that Obama is not likely to gain anything among the general voter by gaining Crist's endorsement. His base is unlikely to feel energized by Crist's endorsement. That is what I meant when I said,"I'm not really seeing this as helpful for the Dems." Perhaps you have the opinion that this is a great benefit to Obama.
You are right about the Daily Mail. Much like all the articles you cut and paste, the Daily Mail has a political bias.

I was just gonna post this but you beat me to it.  The old saying is true, "when you snooze, you lose."

This is big but the repubs will figure out some way to lie and cheat and they still could get Florida.  Repub voters rarely stray and vote democratic.
