I've said numerous times that the GOP as we knew it died when Dubya hit the road and became the zombie party with which the Dems had established entirely too many agreements with including ballot access restrictions in all 50 states. It was a shell with no insides until 2 of the many Tea Party branches (the best funded ones) snatched its dead body.

Rand Paul is definitely the son of his father and Ron ain't going away quietly especially after the dissing he got from the RNC. What we're seeing is a disintegration in progress, but the Dems can't let the GOP die--they're twins that are tied at the navel.

And I've always said that the problem with Obama is his party.
