Congress loves to vote for pork and then yank the rug on the debt ceiling. No wonder cons have stopped talking about "unfunded mandates".

Nah. Not from the working stiffs--money from the bankers what run the banks.  You know, what the cons call "punishing success".

Interesting take on economics. In your mind it is only the bankers who pay interest on the national debt to the...bankers. So the only future burden of debt falls on the future bankers. 16 trillion!, 32 trillion!, 64 trillion!. Hooray for President Obama!

Or the Democrats blame the Republicans because they want it one way and those pesky Republicans don't agree with them.  Damn, so we need to blame them and call them racists and a whole bunch of names instead of listening.  Oh we need Democrats to tell us what they really mean so we can ridicule them even more

Spending bills are what the House passes. Obama isn't the House, he's the executive that writes the checks to pay for what the House passes.

Obama has cut spending, and you're operating off of figures from Dubya who kept double books on the Iraq and Afghan wars to Obama who quit the double-booking and put those wars in their proper place in the budget.  You can't whine about Obama pulling out and cutting defense while whining about how he's tripled the debt.  All Obama did was over-the-table bookkeeping from the era where Republicans were keeping 2 sets of books, one of them under the table.

You just make this **** up as you go. Sure, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan were under the table.

Obama cut Spending?  Maybe you missed the headline where he ADDED 5 Trillion to the debt.  That does not seem to be cutting to me

Obama "added" trillions to the debt by putting Iraq and Afghanistan on the same set of books as the rest of the government. Dubya had 'em on "supplementals", pretending that supplemental expenditures weren't as much tax money as the rest of the government was.

In accounting circles, keeping two sets of books is illegal, and for good reason.

That's really a new and creative way of blaming Bush for Obama's failures.
