It's only under 2 parties that you have to worry about a single minority, so what you say about minority rights is equally as much rubbish.

Ironically, you constantly provide a shield against accountability for Obama. Every time you make excuses or blame someone else. It seems as if accountability is the least important characteristic you look for in a government. A Democrat government that is.

RWE, you've hit on a big reason why people are dumping the GOP. It's not that they hold the other party accountable, it is that they want to grab the power the other party has on things that BOTH should be held accountable for, and your guys always bring up the wrong things as issues.

I've spent days away from this board for the purpose of coming back days later to see if any of you guys scream to hold the administration accountable for the drone program.  Nobody here has even a thread on the latest memo revelations on that. I submit it's because your side prefers to have that power should they ever whup the Dems, instead of being held accountable for even the fact that the GOP started it.

This is one issue that a lot of people think is a great idea, despite all the noise about Due Process.  O has a legal out on that, though. It's called Article 3 Section 3.

I've got to give the left some credit for casting a critical eye on the president's behavior after all these years.  They are finally making some noise over Obama's 300% increase in drone usage over Bush.  We all know that had Bush been so drone happy the left would have lost their flippin' minds but now that Obama has safely won a second term they can finally let out a little steam.  It's a good tactic.  Wait until the decision has been made and cannot be undone, feign a stink, and then claim the moral high ground.
