I just want to say that I am happy to see clara's board coming back to life and I am glad that people like kentay and donni have joined.  I hope that more will do so.  I very much enjoy arguing with people and want to say publicly that nothing I say is meant to be taken personally.... OK, every once in a while something is, but the atmosphere here is good and I hope it stays that way.

Good to hear, WBC. All we need is another widespread Lincoln Purge and more will come, ha.  And then there's the matter of gounion being staff over at Radio Free Liberal--he's just as obnoxious over there as he was on Ed Schultz' board, so  maybe at least bird will come back, for real.

Ted S is more familiar with that crowd, though. He'd know whereof I speak. Air America types have gone over there, although ONE is on Linc's board (Lefty the Right). Lefty goes 'way back on Air America.  On the other hand, some of those PBS Discussions **** currently enjoying themselves on Linc's board I won't miss one bit.  :cheers:

No she didn't. She was mainly Arianna Online people, which spun off Linc's Hypercrites and then became Debate Both Sides. She's also of Thom Hartman's board.

I certainly will do my best to keep things that way. If you're a voter, you're entitled to your opinion (and your vote), and everybody's welcome here...even if me & WBC disagree about Israel. WBC, you know we do--we've been around that mulberry bush numerous times.

It's not a high opinion. I'm sorta glad you forgot what all I said about your signature under the current circumstances, but my opinion is unchanged from that.

Basically, I'm an atheist who respects no religion or any religion's divine claim to real estate. I'm also no respecter of claims made about any ancient homeland because if that was valid, Israel should be given back to the Canaanites.  It's a commonly sold piece of BS that Israel began with the United Nations as the result of the Holocaust, but I know better--it began with Theodor Herzl and Israel shamelessly incorporates Herzl's tenets into its constitution. Herzl's role in instigating segregation between his religious sect and the rest of the world and claims to exceptionalism is typically downplayed while the Holocaust--admittedly a horriffic event, and not just for Jews--gets milked, quite frankly, at the expense of the whole truth.

I want to say thanks for allowing me back.  Unfortunately I am now having issues with my wife, so I may end up moving out for a bit.  If that happens I will try to be hear when I can, but I won't be on all that much.  I will be focusing on getting my marriage back
